Elaine graduated as an accountant in 2013 and obtained her practicing warrant one year later. Today, Elaine is a Certified Public Accountant who has been working in accountancy and financial management for the past nine years during which she held various positions with both local and foreign firms. She is also a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Elaine obtained her experience in the accountancy field by working for one of the largest international courier companies where she was responsible for the accounting department. Later on in her career she joined a reputable mid-sized audit and accountancy firm where she gained experience in a wide variety of international investment companies, local companies as well as foundations and trusts. While occupying this role, she also gained experience in the accounting of companies operating in the online gaming sector. After occupying this role, Elaine joined a small local audit firm where she was made Partner. At this audit firm, she dealt principally with audits of local and international companies. She also oversaw the day-to-day running of various departments, and she was the active MLRO of the company.

In 2020, she started up her own practice, and now has her own boutique firm based in her office in Zabbar, Malta.

Although Elaine’s principal line of business is the provision of audit services, she also assists clients who require various other services by collaborating with a number of professional practitioners in the industry. These services include: Accountancy services; Tax compliance services; Liquidations; preparation and filing of VAT returns and Tax returns for both individual and corporate clients; Share transfers; and other financial services which her clients might require.
